2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary documents referenced herein, including jnt110's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the Platform, or the date on which these Terms were last updated and notified to you — whichever is the earlier.

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on jnt110. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, and a secure password. All information provided must match the documents you submit during the KYC verification process.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP (one-time password) with any other person. jnt110 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jnt110 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. jnt110 may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
4.5 jnt110 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
5.1 jnt110 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. By registering, you consent to this process and agree to provide all documents and information reasonably requested by jnt110.
5.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
5.3 jnt110 may request additional documentation at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5.4 Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jnt110 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfers in IDR); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay (e-wallet transfers in IDR); and USDT (Tether, via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposits are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. USDT minimum deposit is USD $10. These limits are subject to change; current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
6.3 Deposit Processing. All deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet channels are processed on an instant or near-instant basis. jnt110 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. jnt110 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for requests submitted during standard operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Off-peak requests may take up to four (4) hours. USDT withdrawals require one (1) network confirmation and are typically completed within five (5) to twenty (20) minutes depending on network conditions.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent de posit. You must have completed KYC verification. The account name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered on your jnt110 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. jnt110 reserves the right to apply additional rollover requirements if suspicious activity is detected.
6.7 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources, belong to you, and are not connected to any criminal activity. jnt110 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.
7.1 jnt110 offers bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, and free bets (collectively "Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) and apply to the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount as specified in the promotional terms.
7.3 Members may hold only one (1) active Bonus at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms. By claiming a new Bonus, you forfeit any previously claimed uncompleted Bonus.
7.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other Members, or exploiting system errors, will result in forfeiture of all Bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.5 jnt110 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
8.1 All Bets placed on jnt110 are governed by the specific rules of the game or sport in question. Product-specific rules are available on the Platform and supersede these general Terms in case of conflict.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A Bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and visible in your betting history. jnt110 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its discretion, without providing a reason.
8.3 Result Determination. Football betting results are determined based on official match results as published by the relevant league or governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga). Togel draw results are determined by the official draw outcome published by the relevant lottery authority (Singapore Pools for SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for HK, etc.). Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).
8.4 Obvious Errors. If jnt110 identifies an obvious error in odds, payout amounts, or bet acceptance (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical error), jnt110 reserves the right to void the affected Bet and refund the stake to your Account. Members will be notified of such corrections.
8.5 Live Betting Delays. Live in-play betting odds are updated in near-real-time but may be subject to a short delay. Bets are accepted subject to the status of the event at the time the Bet reaches jnt110's servers, not the status shown on your screen at the moment you clicked "Place Bet."
8.6 Cancelled or Postponed Events. If a sports event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all Bets on that event are void and stakes are refunded, unless the market has already been determined (e.g., a halftime result that was decided before abandonment).
9.2 Any Member found engaging in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. jnt110 reserves the right to permanently close the Account, withhold all funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, videos, software, databases, and the underlying source code, is the exclusive property of jnt110 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

14.2 If your Account is suspended or closed, you will be notified via email. Funds remaining in your Account may be held pending investigation. If jnt110 determines that you breached these Terms, all remaining funds may be forfeited.
14.3 You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding uncompleted Bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.
